Turkey Ro-Ho

Try this Turkey Ro-Ho recipe for turkey leftovers.

Total Cost:  $10.00  Serves:  12 at $.84 per serving.


  • 3 pounds of Turkey, cut in chunks
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 pound of Mexican Velveeta cheese, sliced
  • 1 bag Nacho chips , crushed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Ro Tel tomatoes

Directions to Prepare:

  • Blend : Cream of chicken soup and Ro Tel tomatoes.
  • Layer:  Turkey in bottom of greased 9 x 13 casserole pan.
  • Sprinkle:  Salt, pepper, and garlic to taste.
  • Layer:   Onions, cheese, and half of the nachos.
  • Pour:  Soup mixture over nachos.
  • Top: With remaining nachos.
  • Bake: 400 degrees in preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Meat Tenderizing Tip: 1/4 c vinegar, 2 T oil and spices of your choice (Italian dressing works good) with meat in a sealed bag for a minimum of 2 hours.
